Feedback Requested: Proposal To Add Taxonomy for #water_tech & #water_source and Add New #scheme_id and #notes fields

Three new proposals have been developed by a contsortium of organizations to modify the WPDx standard and the global WASH community is invited to provide feedback. Please see all proposals (#notes, #water_source/#water_tech taxonomy and #scheme_id), and provide and feedback in the commments. Feedback will be accepted until August 1st.
